recently awarded the Tim Rouse Advocate for Women in Leadership Award at
the annual ICAN Women’s Leadership Conference in Omaha, Nebraska.

Leathers joined Werner in 1999 and has held key roles in many facets of

operations, oversight of all asset operating groups as well as the
launch of Werner Global Logistics, which encompasses transportation
management and freight movement within Intermodal, Ocean, Air and
Brokerage. More recently, Leathers championed the formation of a team
tasked specifically with researching and developing action plans to
attract, recruit, and retain talented women in the organization.
