Werner Global Logistics Sponsors Reception for Nebraska Trade Mission Delegation

OMAHA, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 8, 2012-- Werner Global Logistics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Werner Enterprises (NASDAQ: WERN), recently sponsored a VIP reception for Nebraska Governor Dave Heineman and the 2012 Nebraska Trade Mission delegation in Shanghai, China. Sponsoring this event bolsters the ongoing collaboration by Werner and Nebraska's Department of Economic Development to promote business development and trade between Nebraska, China and Japan. Werner Global Logistics has participated in each of the Nebraska trade missions and the 2008 Reverse trade mission, which brought companies from China, Japan and Brazil to Omaha. In addition, Werner supports the Nebraska Advantage office in Tokyo, Japan, and the newest office established in Shanghai, China.
